No Comments in the Library

Hi no editorial this week. But we do have two videos. The first after a request to explain how to post a comment at the magazine to enter the First Line Competition...

And the second one of a library. Will your book be in here one day? And do you think there will be books made out of paper in the future?

Nice, Mike. Was the screenshot animation difficult to put together? What's the process with that?

Thanks Paul. I used a free piece of trial software from the web called The Quick Screen Recorder. The only problem is trying to get it to flow smoothly - it took me ages to get a shot where the screen wasn't freezing, or popping up some message etc as it just records everything that you do.

Blogger also decided it was going to go down right in the middle of it! So the whole process was rather painful!

Murphy's Law! Ain't that typical?

Cheers for the info, Mike.

Murphy's law wouldn't apply to me with that Blogger YouTube. I don't even like to take still photographs because I'm clueless as to composition.

The library matches my visions of heaven. That said, the idea of my writing residing in any library, anywhere is my idea of heaven.

My husband told me a writer's joke and I knew the punch line almost right away. A writer dies and St. Peter shows him "writer's hell." It blazing and masses write or tap at keyboards furiously while huge beings whip them, screaming, faster and better, faster and better.
The writer's heaven appear identical. When the writer viewing his options asks the difference?
Oh, come on, of course you know: the writers in heaven get published.

Very sophisticated, Mike. Video instructions. I feel light years behind in my own technology on my blog. Well done. -Mike (M2)
