2007: So it Goes

Well here it is, the last post of the year, in the year that this blog started.

This is the year, so it goes, that:

Kurt Vonnegut of Slaughterhouse5 fame died.

My favourite read was Remainder by Tom McCarthy.

And I made some new friends:

Sorry if I missed you, so many, but these are the ones that come to mind.

Thanks to all of the above for making this year a great one.

So Happy New Year and here's to 2008.

Hi Mike,

Love reading what you post at Go Smell the Flowers so thought I would come and have a look at the original.

When it comes to reviewing the year, my mind goes blank and cannot think of any low points but too many high points to mention. Can't be bad!!!

Look forward to more comments.

I wish you and your family a great New Year.

Yep, have a great 2008, Mike. Thanks for all the posts throughout the year---a lovely blend of the thought-provoking and the fun---and thanks again for helping me find my way into blogdom a little more comfortably than might have been the case if I hadn't had so much support from you. Cheers.
